Tom Wood Ford Celebrates Grand Opening

Tom Wood Ford is celebrating the grand opening of its new 69,950-square-foot facility located at 3130 East 96th Street in Indianapolis.
General Manager Rich Marowski said, “in order to meet the needs of our growing customer base, we built an all-new state of the art, energy efficient facility. We look forward to continuing to provide you fantastic service in our new dealership.”
 
The new dealership will feature the following:
  • The size of the dealership has been doubled! 37,000 square feet has been added and 33,000 square feet remodeled, resulting in almost 70,000 square feet of dealership
  • High efficiency geothermal heating & cooling systems for the entire building that will reduce energy usage up to 30%
  • LED lights for the entire interior of the building and in the parking lot
  • Automatic car wash reclaims and recycles 90% of water used to wash & rinse
  • 20 Skylights and 8 large translucent glass openings providing natural daylight in shops and showrooms
  • 18 large 5’x12’ skylights & large translucent glass wall openings provide natural daylighting throughout building
  • Extensive use of 100% local materials (concrete) and 100% recycled materials (steel) and recycled content (aluminum, glass, drywall)
