317 Charcuterie offers guests an in-person gourmet charcuterie experience including wine and beer pairings along with grab and go charcuterie box options and private event space.

Drawing from her time studying abroad in Italy, owner Emily Houser brings a piece of the Italian culture to Carmel through her charcuterie boards. “The emphasis that Italians place on food and mealtimes to bring people together is quite the experience,” says Emily. “A charcuterie board tends to create that centerpiece for people to gather around, enjoy conversation and connect with one another.”

In-person dining at 317 Charcuterie includes a 2–4-person board option and a 4–8-person board option. Boards include meats, cheeses, fruits, nuts, jams, and sweets and are customizable. Gourmet grilled cheese and fries along with salad options will also be available.

Grab and go individual charcuterie cups will be available as well as charcuterie boxes for same day, call ahead pick up in servings from, 2–4-person, 3–5-person, and 5–8-person. To-go options serving 8-15 people and 15-30 people will also be available for pre-order with a minimum of 12 hours advance notice.

317 Charcuterie offers delivery and pickup options. Delivery is available in Carmel, Westfield, Fishers, Zionsville, and the Broad Ripple area. Delivery fees depend on location. Catering is available for weddings, corporate events, birthdays, and other special occasions. A 317 Charcuterie box also makes a great gift!

317 Charcuterie located at 61 W. City Center Drive is open Tuesday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Sundays from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
